Animal Kingdom Villas
I seriously wondered what was out there 25-30 miles in the ocean, and began scouting the beaches with another informed friend. Mostly we could see oil at low tide and in the sand
(which I had tested, at 28 ppm). The beaches have become "squishy" in a jello-like manner, due to oil, etc. filtering into the sand, also leaving
trails which are uncharacteristic of the beach bottom. We saw many dead fish, crabs, and other sea life, including ghost crabs which were so disoriented they could not defend themselves. Small seams of oil can be found digging in the sand.
